So, what are the using requirements we should be careful regarding the air intake system?
Firstly, The air intake of compressor’s negative pressure, applied on Auto Filter, should be stipulated and limited as following claims.
The medium diesel engine: 3kpa(0.03kgf/ c㎡), The heavy diesel engine: 3.5kpa(0.036kgf/ c㎡)
Secondly, The Air Filter should be cleaned or replaced if the negative pressure of compressor air intake has exceeded 6.5kpa(0.064kgf/ c㎡).
Thirdly, The turbo exhaust back pressure should be less than 0.0kpaG(0.1kgf/ c㎡G), The limiting value should obey the instruction manual as a reference when you use exhaust braking.
At last, Turbine inlet temperature should be less than 70 degree centigrade.
